Shipping Policy
- Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time may vary during peak periods or promotional events.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping times are estimated and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are based on display on product page or checkout page.
- Express Shipping: Conditionally Available, please contact to support team with your order id.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/whatsapp/text message with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the link provided in the email or message.
Delivery Issues
- If you encounter any issues with delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our Customer Support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Non-Receipt of Order with Delivery Confirmation
- If you did not receive your order but have received a delivery confirmation email or SMS, please report the issue within 24 hours from the time of delivery confirmation. We will investigate the matter and assist you accordingly.
Address Changes
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is missed due to the unavailability of the customer or failure to answer calls from the delivery person, the package will be returned to Vasu Mart. Both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from any refund processed.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. To cancel an order, please inform our support team as a priority. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
OTP Sharing and Delivery Instructions:
- Do not share your OTP with the delivery person until they have arrived at your doorstep and you have received the package in your hand. The OTP will be sent from the courier partner's service number, so please read the message carefully before providing the OTP. Vasu Mart is not responsible if you provide the OTP without having the product in your hand.
- Do not share the OTP with the delivery person over the phone for reattempts or cancellations.
Open Box Delivery:
- We do not provide open box delivery.
Package Inspection:
- Please inspect the delivery package to ensure it is in intact condition before accepting it. We recommend taking a video while unboxing to document the condition of the package and contents.
Payment while Accepting Delivery:
- Additional Charges: Do not pay any additional amount to the delivery person. Vasu Mart is not responsible for any extra charges paid by customer to the delivery person.
- Pre-Paid Orders: For pre-paid orders, no further payment is required upon delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, please pay only the amount specified when placing the order and as indicated on the package.

Return Policy - Vasu Mart
Thank you for shopping with Vasu Mart! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any innerwear products, including bras, panties, shapewear, vest, underwear and other similar items.
2. Exceptions
- We understand that issues can arise. If you receive a damaged item, a missing item, or an item that was incorrectly shipped, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return or exchange in these cases, please adhere to the following requirements:
- Damage/Missing/Misshipment: If you encounter a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please provide us with a detailed description of the issue.
- Package Opening Video: For your return request to be processed, you must provide a video showing the package being opened. This helps us assess the condition of the items and verify the issue.
3. Return Conditions
- Unused Condition: The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Tags and Billing: Include all original tags and the genuine billing receipt with the return.
- Non-Compliance: Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return request being rejected.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the package opening video.
Step 3: Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return request is approved, we will either send you a replacement item or process a refund to your original payment method, depending on final decision made by Vasu Mart team and availability of the item.
Reverse Pick-Up for Exchange
- Attempts: We will attempt to arrange a reverse pick-up once.
- Service Availability: Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.
- Alternate Return: If reverse pick-up is unsuccessful, you will need to send the item back to our company address suggested by Vasu Mart team.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed and credited to bank details given by customer or original payment method within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
- Bank Account Details: The bank account details provided by the customer are final. Vasu Mart is not responsible for any errors in the provided information.
